On October 3, 2014, we inaugurated our new factory facilities, located in the Cova das Faias Industrial Zone in Leiria, after more than 22 years dedicated to the manufacture of industrial equipment and metal structures in our first facilities in Marinha Grande.
This new industrial unit, with a privileged location, represents an investment of €7.6 million in buildings and infrastructure and €7.8 million in state-of-the-art technological equipment.
This important step provides us with a production capacity of 1200 tons/month in an area of 12,500 m2.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by approximately 400 guests, notably the presence of the Deputy Prime Minister, Dr. Paulo Portas, who from the outset supported this initiative and shared the importance of the three “i’s” visible in the company: Investment, Internationalization and Innovation.
