At Poço, as in all large companies dedicated to the manufacture of metal structures, we strive to be recognized for the quality of our projects, with rigor being one of the main requirements for our success.
The certifications we hold attest to the quality of our work, ensuring that we conduct our business based on the highest internationally required standards, and it is in this sense that we are certified according to EN 1090 EXC4.
EXC4 (Execution Class 4) is the highest classification level within this constantly evolving standard. Obtaining this certification requires absolute rigor in production processes, their monitoring, and the traceability of materials, which naturally influences the teams, who must be trained to ensure a level of quality that meets the imposed demands. This is why only a very limited number of manufacturers possess this level of certification.
With the EXC4 class, virtually all phases of production are guided by extremely strict criteria, from the selection and cutting of materials, through the level of welding, to the dimensional tolerances of the parts. Only in this way is it possible to develop rigorous work, regardless of its complexity, as is the case with large bridges, nuclear facilities and other high-risk infrastructures.
