ENVIRONMENTAL STRATEGY
The path to sustainability is traversed with rigorous and structured goals.
We operate according to an environmental strategy that reflects our commitment to the future. In this sense, we adopt a conscious approach, prioritizing resource consumption through more conscious and efficient use.
Our way of being, managing, and deciding influences and optimizes processes, as well as inspiring the entire production chain, upstream and downstream, on the path to sustainability.
OUR HISTORY FOR SUSTAINABILITY
Our manufacturing plant is an example.
Energy Production – Photovoltaic Panels
Photovoltaic panels on the roof of the Industrial Unit and Carpot, for energy production, with an installed capacity of 252 kW.
Domestic Hot Water Heating
Solar energy collection panels for heating domestic hot water throughout the building.
Solar Lighting
Solar-powered streetlights, independent of the electrical grid, with autonomy for up to 3 days without sun.
Intelligent Lighting System
LED lighting systems with automatic presence detection.
Natural light points on the building's roof and facades.
Optimization of the Building's Thermal and Acoustic Insulation
Double glazing with special UV treatment.
Micro-perforated rock wool roof and facade panels.
Rainwater Harvesting
Rainwater harvesting system, covering an area of 2400 m2, using a tank with a capacity of 350 m3.
Reuse of the collected water in toilet flushes and irrigation systems.
Natural Ventilation System
System composed of 11 air circulation ducts, 80 m long, placed 3 m deep.
Collection and use of hot air produced by the compressors for heating in winter.
